Returns Policy
At Horizon Supply Inc., customer satisfaction is important. If you encounter issues with your purchase, this policy explains when and how you can return products or request a refund.
Warranty
Most devices are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. Items beyond this period are not eligible for a refund.
Excluded items (e.g., consumables, accessories) may not be refundable.
Report Damaged or Missing Items
Notify us within 48 hours of receipt for glass or breakable products.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns require a completed RMA form and either the defective product or images documenting the issue.
Return Shipping
- One return label is provided per month.
- Additional returns within the same month are shipped at your expense.
- Returns for customer error must be made at your cost and may incur a 10% restocking fee.
Processing Time
Returns may take up to 14 days to process after receipt of the product and completed RMA form.
Credits & Refunds
Once approved, refunds or credits will be issued and confirmation emailed.
Special Cases
Unusual return scenarios are subject to investigation before a final decision.
